How do I check my order status and history?

You can check the status of your order and also review your purchase history in the My Account section when you are logged in.

How much does delivery cost?

All orders over R1000 are delivered for free. We charge R99 to deliver orders under R1000. 

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
